What Standard Porta Potty Service Covers
Last updated: November 2026
Standard service covers delivery, placement, and pickup of the portable toilets listed in your approved order, along with servicing agreed for the rental period. You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible placement area and telling us about site conditions that could affect delivery.
Additional units, extra servicing, accessible facilities, handwashing equipment, or other equipment require a separate quote and your approval. We do not provide plumbing work, event permits, wastewater disposal for other providers, or site preparation unless we agree in writing.
Customers remain responsible for site-specific rules. Construction work may be subject to OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51; general workplaces to OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141; and accessible facilities to the 2010 ADA Standards.
South Dakota plumbing code adoption can vary. Check City of Madison event permit requirements for your site.
Wastewater must follow the Clean Water Act and applicable South Dakota rules for approved disposal facilities.
Arranging Delivery, Changes, and Cancellations
We schedule delivery, servicing, and pickup with you after confirming the requested dates, location, equipment, and access details. A requested date is not confirmed until SD Toilet Rentals accepts the order.
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel, move a delivery, change the rental period, or alter the number or type of units. We will explain any cancellation or change charges that apply to your order before processing the change, where practical.
Changes to the site, access route, service frequency, or equipment can affect availability and the quoted amount. We will seek your approval before proceeding with added work or charges.
If weather, unsafe access, or other conditions prevent service as planned, we will contact you to discuss available options and revised timing. A change is not approved just because it was requested; wait for our confirmation before relying on a new schedule.
Quotes, Charges, and Payment Approval
A quote is based on the details you provide, including rental dates, unit quantity, delivery location, access, and requested servicing. It is not a final order until you approve it and SD Toilet Rentals confirms availability.
If site conditions or your requirements differ from the information used to prepare the quote, the amount may change. We will explain the revised scope and seek your approval before carrying out added work.
Your quote or order confirmation will state the payment timing and accepted payment method. Please follow those terms and raise any billing question promptly.
Charges may apply for approved additions, extended rental periods, missed or delayed access, or damage beyond ordinary use if stated in your order. No specific price or payment option is promised by these terms alone.
If a payment date or amount is unclear, contact us before confirming the order so we can clarify it in writing.
What We Can Stand Behind
SD Toilet Rentals will make a reasonable effort to deliver and service the equipment included in your confirmed order as scheduled, subject to access, safety, weather, and availability. These terms do not create a separate workmanship warranty, promise a particular service life, or set a fixed warranty duration. Any written warranty or service commitment provided with a specific order will apply according to its stated terms.
Please tell us promptly if a unit is missing, damaged on arrival, or not serviced as agreed, and provide the site location and order details so we can review the concern. Coverage or a service remedy may not apply where a problem results from misuse, vandalism, unauthorized relocation, blocked access, unsafe site conditions, or changes made by someone else.
Ordinary wear and conditions outside our control are not workmanship defects. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived. Contact us to discuss a concern before arranging third-party repairs or moving equipment.
Responsibility for Site Conditions and Losses
To the extent allowed by law, SD Toilet Rentals’ liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for pre-existing site conditions, damage caused by others, or indirect losses such as lost income.
This limit does not apply where the law does not permit it, including liability that cannot legally be excluded. Customers must provide accurate site information, keep access clear, and use equipment as intended.
Customers are responsible for checking which rules apply to their location and use. OSHA 29 CFR 1926.51 covers construction sanitation, while OSHA 29 CFR 1910.141 addresses general industry sanitation.
The 2010 ADA Standards address accessible facilities. South Dakota plumbing code requirements may vary by local adoption, and City of Madison event permits may impose site-specific conditions.
Wastewater discharge must comply with the Clean Water Act and applicable South Dakota wastewater requirements, including use of approved disposal facilities where required.
Questions About These Rental Terms
For questions about these terms, an order, or a proposed change, contact SD Toilet Rentals at (833) 549-4191 or quote@standardportapottyrentalmadisonsd.top. You may also write to 212 SW 2nd St, Madison, SD 57042.
Include your name, service address, and order details so we can respond to the right request. These terms apply to services we accept unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
We may update these terms from time to time. For a new order, the version available when the order is accepted will generally apply.
If a change affects an existing order, we will communicate it directly when required or when the change materially affects that service. A written order confirmation or signed agreement may set different terms for that order; where they conflict, the specific written agreement controls. Please ask us for clarification before relying on a term you do not understand.

Service Expert at SD Toilet Rentals
I started this business in Madison after years of learning the practical side of portable sanitation and local job-site logistics. South Dakota winters, changing road conditions, and the distances between smaller communities taught me to plan deliveries and service visits carefully.
